What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your the qlty lab products and offer returns on orders 30 days after they are shipped. If for any reason, you're not happy with your purchase contact us at help@theqltylab.com and we'll do everything we can to make it right. The 30-day window begins on the day the product is shipped and returns must be received within 30 days after return label instructions are issued to you.

Return Eligibility: Your item(s) must be returned to us, unused and in the same condition that you received it and require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

How do I return my order?

We're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your products. To return your order, e-mail us at help@theqltylab.com with your order number in the subject line to expedite the process.

How much does it cost to ship to my address?

Shipping and taxes will automatically be calculated at checkout. Shipping will vary based on your specific location, what shipping method you choose, and which products you purchase. We currently don't ship to APO/FPO or abroad but we're working diligently to be able to offer that to you soon!

Where do you ship?

We offer free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. 

How do I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping for any order over $100. Free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.  Digital products such as gift cards and donations do not count towards your order total to qualify for free shipping.
